Under the Copyright and Patents Act 1988, Trory Bay Photography retains the copyright of all images taken. It is a criminal offence to copy, scan, screen grab or re-produce photographs without written consent by Trory Bay Photography. Once you have purchased digital files you are granted a license to use your images for personal use. These images are not to be sold or given to any third parties without prior written consent. Images that are purchased as digital files are not to be altered in any way that change the integrity of the image without prior written consent.

Images may be used by Trory Bay Photography or any of its associated companies for display or marketing purposes.
